SCOPE OF THE WORKSHOP
The aim of the FMICS workshops is to provide a forum for researchers who are interested in the development and application of formal methods in industry. In particular, these workshops should bring together scientists that are active in the area of formal methods and interested in exchanging their experiences in the industrial usage of these methods. They also aim at the promotion of research and development for the improvement of formal methods and tools for industrial applications.INVITED SPEAKERS

PAPER SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be made electronically through the FMICS Web site. There are two categories of submissions:A. Regular papers: Papers should be up to 16 pages in LNCS format, with a clear abstract. Additional details may be included in a clearly marked appendix, which will be read at the discretion of the program committee. All submissions must report on original research. Submitted papers must not have previously appeared in a journal or conference with published proceedings and must not be concurrently submitted to any other conference. Any partial overlap with any such published or concurrently submitted paper must be clearly indicated.
B. Tool presentations: Submissions, not exceeding 4 pages using LNCS
format, should describe the implemented tool and its novel features. A
demonstration is expected to accompany a tool presentation.
PUBLICATION
Accepted regular and tool papers will be published after the meeting
jointly with accepted papers from PDMC'06 as Lecture Notes
in Computer Science (LNCS).
As last year, the European Association of Software Science and Technology
will be offering an award to the best FMICS paper.
